Refund Policy

• If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason, then we can gleefully work again on it once the clarifications are in place or the query is resolved.
• If, we did not start the project, you can refund the money however, this is not possible and you want to request a refund, simply contact us with your service details within 30 days of your purchase, writing an email on matlabprojecthelper@gmail.com
• If we start the project, we can not refund the payment because we waste our effort and time. 
• To process the refund, our coordinators would require some evidence (maybe the snapshot with the grades on the paper). Please note that we will ensure confidentiality.
• If there is some genuine reason for requesting a refund after 30 days’ time, we can negotiate and work on the next assignment for a reasonable price.
